The Platform Plan
Part of our guide to running an online community you actually own.
The Platform plan is Flotilla’s top tier, for organizations that want a community platform that’s entirely their own — carrying their name and brand, not ours — without having to build or run any of it. We create it, host it, and maintain it; you get a finished product and a team behind it. It includes everything in the other plans, and it’s priced per engagement rather than off a list.
A platform that’s yours, top to bottom
With Platform, we build and maintain a white-labeled version of Flotilla for you:
- Your own app. A branded community app under your name, look, and identity — the same chat, voice, video, events, and moderation, wearing your colors instead of Flotilla’s.
- Your own website. A matching marketing and landing site on your own domain, so your community’s front door is yours end to end.
Because we maintain it for you, your branded version keeps pace with Flotilla’s own improvements — you get new features and fixes without ever managing an upgrade yourself.
Hosting and management, handled for you
Hosting and day-to-day management are included. There are no servers for you to run, no upgrades to schedule, and no scaling or backups to worry about — that’s our job, with priority support whenever you need us. If you’re moving from another platform, we also handle the migration, so your members and history come across cleanly instead of starting from zero.
Built for your developers
Platform is also the plan for teams that want to build on top of their community, so it comes with hands-on developer support:
- Direct access to our dev team — real people who know the platform, not a ticket queue.
- SDKs for building your own features and integrations on top of Flotilla.
- Automations with n8n — connect your community to the rest of your tools and wire up workflows without coding everything from scratch.
- Documentation covering the APIs, SDKs, and integration points.
- Agent skill files, so AI coding assistants can work directly with the platform and help your team build faster.
Together these mean your community isn’t a closed box: you can extend it, connect it to your existing systems, and automate the busywork.
Who it’s for
The Platform plan suits organizations that need a community to feel like a native part of their own product or brand — networks running many groups, institutions with an identity to protect, and teams that would rather develop against the platform than simply use it. If a space inside someone else’s app isn’t enough, this is the tier that makes the platform yours.
Ready to talk?
Because every Platform engagement is different, it’s custom-priced and set up with a conversation rather than a signup form. Book a demo to walk through what you need, or see how it compares on the pricing page.
